Founder and Managing Partner of Junco Partners with over 26 years of professional experience, Dan is a seasoned leader in engineering, procurement and construction within the Power industry and small business ownership. His career spans prestigious roles with Bechtel, McDermott, Chicago Bridge and Iron, Westinghouse and Progress Solar Solutions, where he managed projects ranging from small-scale ventures to projects exceeding $15 billion. Additionally, and more recently he brings over 5 years of experience as the President and owner of multiple small and medium sized businesses. As a licensed Professional Engineer, Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, and a Master’s of Business Administration from Wake Forest University.
Dan’s commitment to excellence extends beyond his professional endeavors. As a former US Army Captain he held company command of armored cavalry and reconnaissance units, earning the Meritorious Service medal twice. Alongside his wife of 20 years and two children, Dan is an active participant in the Boy Scouts of America, an Eagle Scout, as well as an avid golfer.
Jamie Coffey co-founded Junco Partners and is responsible, along with Dan, for firm activities including investment management, structuring transactions, managing portfolio investments, and investor relations. Prior to founding Junco, Jamie’s 25 years of professional experience includes key roles at high growth companies in the mid to lower middle-market space. Jamie also held roles with IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Newell-Rubbermaid and Polypore International before focusing primarily on privately held companies. More recently, Jamie has served in roles such as Operating Partner, President and Chief Financial Officer.
Jamie holds a BSBA in Accounting, a MS in Accounting/Tax and a GC in Finance from Appalachian State University. He also holds a MBA from Wake Forest University and is a Certified Management Accountant.
Cole Dadosky brings over 8 years of dynamic professional experience from the Energy and Power Industries as a hands on operator. Coupling his engineering background from Clemson University with a Master’s of Business Administration from Wake Forest University, he focuses on operational execution and team collaboration. Cole’s leadership has been instrumental in overseeing growth expansions for family owned industrial business and carrying first of a kind projects in the industrial sector through engineering, procurement and construction.
Cole is an impactful team leader and is often the first to raise his hand to be placed where help is needed most. His diverse cultural exposure, from Dubai to the USA, has equipped him with a unique perspective that enriches his interactions and contributions for facilitating communication and action towards common goals. Cole is an avid outdoorsman and when not on the water or retooling old motors back to life, he’s catching up on industry trends.
With nearly three decades of experience, David Monacell embodies the spirit of dedication, hard work, and a keen eye for strong ventures. His journey in real estate and aviation projects has not only showcased his talents but also elevated him as a frontrunner in the industry. Todd began his career with Ernst & Young and spent five years with early-stage technology companies in the Atlanta startup eco-system. Todd then expanded into franchising and over the last 20 years he has become the largest Aaron’s franchisee in the US with stores across the south east. Todd also spent 12 years as a member of the Entrepreneur’s Organization, a global community of entrepreneurs that enrich members’ lives through peer-to-peer learning, connections to experts, leadership, and growth. Todd is a certified public accountant and holds a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Florida.
Todd’s investment philosophy is built on a foundation of diligence, foresight, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
